I haven't been doing so well lately. I know what I need to do but I keep finding excuses. Maybe I just need to maintain for a while.

Oh MAN - do I know what that is like... So many times - we know what we NEED to do - but DOING it is a completely. Take heart - you will get there if you keep trying.

I am so astonished that I have found this motivation to DO what I need to do for such a long period of time. And not give into temptations... It definitely is a challenge and a struggle. This is a life long struggle for me - and at 44 - I am not done struggling yet - I hope :)

Thanks Libby :) I am very good at making excuses too....that's how I ended up 20 lbs. over my highest weight yet and 27 lbs. overweight. Maybe maintaining is a good idea....but just make sure it isn't the start of giving up. Just keep doing what you were doing....it was really working well for you!

OMG we all have done so well this week....awww I'm so happy...I consider ya as my lil wt loss family...you motivate me and keep me in line...because I have to log in and see what everybody else is doing..if i see one person loss wt that week..it helps me for sure!!!

I fall off the band wagon for awhile...but I get back on it....I have to try and be more consistent , if i slip up one or two days...i need to get back on my routine..My problem is...i work for certain goals up until a special event or vac or something...then after it has passed... I go back to eating and not exercising...I cant keep doing that!!

I cant be 40 45 50 55 and still trying to lose weight...I can't keep doing that!!

Currently at 152 when fully hydrated. I really struggled with depression last year and gained 20 lbs over a 5 month period. Which only fueled the depression and self loathing. But i started taking better care of myself back in december, and added in exercise in january. It really has saved my sanity lol. I still have down days, but really trying to focus on how good i feel while and after exercising instead of the number on the scale. But to track progress, im starting at 152 lbs, and know my ideal weight is 130-135.
