Lisa, that weight gain is for sure water retention + weight of the food.
I gained almost 2 lbs overnight too, because I enjoyed a hard cider last night as well as this amazing barley soup my husband makes. And I couldn't let my family enjoy Swiss chocolates without me!

I knew I would gain some over the holiday. Gaining 2 weeks in a row sucks, but it is what it is. Time to get serious with some daily workouts. Starting PiYo tonight! Libby, great job!!!

I'm back ready to start again.
disappointed, but glad I realized and caught myself before I gained even more weight. back up to 166.8. this week I am going to do better, water, water aerobics. walk something for 30-45 minutes a day. I'm back to no sweets and I think I should cut back on the bread. ( I love it and love making it) to much! I enjoyed thanksgiving & we had lots of leftovers over the weekend. now its time to quit messing around and concentrate on losing this mess I put myself in. I have to remember that its taken 20 years to put it on its going to come off hard and slow!! wishing you all a good healthy week- thanks for the inspiration! I sure need it.
