Help with food and exercise
Ive been exercising a lot and eating healthly, however im finding it difficult to get rid of lower belly fat. I do a lot of cardio and resistance training with ab workouts but i cannot seem to get rid of the fat. Does anyone have any ideas?

Track the food that you are eating. How many calories a day do you consume? Then reduce that number by, say, 300-500 and use that as a goal. Eat within your goal calories limit.
Fat is reduced through dieting. You get all kinds of benefits from exercise but it is very difficult to reduce fat with exercise alone.
