Expixi, keep that burn covered, plus antibacterial cream if blistered. Has happened to me (burns) more times than I'd like to admit! I am still formulating goals re behavior. Trying to get more vegetables and fruits in my daily nutrition. (6 veggies, 3 fruits). Now I understand why moms say "don't eat that you'll spoil your appetite". #1 goal enter food on fitday. Took a week off from lifting (weights) so I'm feeling it after Saturday's workout. Another goal for week will be weights 3X, cardio 3X, Yoga 2X. Last goal will be flossing EVERY night. I guess I just formulated goals for the week. Hope everyone is enjoying the warm weather if you're getting it! |
