We could pledge a total amount of minutes at the beginning of the challenge and aim to complete those minutes by the end.
  • Biggest loser style! We could track percentage of weight loss and at the end of the challenge, the top three people with the biggest % of weight lost get bragging rights!
  • ...I can't think of anything else More ideas please...anyone....anyone....

what abt tracking steps..... they preach about 10k steps a day... we could post our steps the days we wear pedometers...

Down 3.4 lbs for the week and since today is my last day of weigh-in I'm down 15.6 for the challenge. I didn't make my goal but I'm down more than I probably would have been without the challenge. Can't wait for the Independence Day/Canada Day one.

I'm exactly the same weight as I was at the start of the challenge. I could blame it on many different things, but it just simply boils down to lack of commitment on my part. So I'm not going to make excuses for myself....I'm simply going to own it.

UGH!!!! I gained a pound and a half last night! I really didn't even want to post today. My lack of a plan and proper food in my house is sending my weight the wrong direction. I will take this weekend to get back on track and be ready for the next challenge!! Overall, I'm down 4.4 pounds from my January 1 weight.

So down since that challenge started, but March was a rough month. This week struggled to just maintain. Now it's April and excited to start anew.
