I'm having a hard time tracking the weigh ins, so I'm trying something new. I've changed all the 'Current' values to ??? marks so it's more clear what are values are new each weigh in week.
Trying sooooo hard not to be discouraged by my .1 lb weight loss this week. You read that right (point)1 pound! I will keep on keeping on and trust that what I'm doing will work in the long haul.

No change for me this week with a 1928 calorie deficit. I know I probably gained some muscle this week because my legs were sooo sore from stair climbing. My calorie deficit isn't what I had hoped for though. I need to stop sneaking chocolate. I do count those calories, but they're adding up and derailing my progress.
