Hi all. I didn't think we would have so many people in the challenge. This is great. We may still get some more and I think we could go for a group loss of 200 pounds with more people joining. This is wonderful.

Wow Libby!! Look at you Miss Optomistic! It's awesome that we have so many joining in the challenge! Definitely great for motivation! Let's see if we get a few more takers before we decide on a group loss number. I'm still counting on Becca to join in :)

Vicki - You're off to an awesome start!! Great job! Be sure to post back on Friday for the official Easter Challenge weigh in.

Christy - After gaining back all I lost last year, I'm looking forward to this challenge! I like setting short term goals...feels less daunting than looking too far ahead. Thank you and thank you everyone else for joining in on the fun!

Mike - Thanks for the sticky ;)

I'll join in on the fun. I hate it when there's a party without me! :p Seriously though, I don't really know what to put for a goal. I'm still trying to get things turned around since my 6-8wk binge that gained me 11 lbs back. Last Friday I think I was 253 or 254. I guess I'd really like to lose the 11 I regained. I'll just make it an even 240.

Good morning challengers! I just wanted to take a moment to encourage everyone to take measurements and/or photos. There's more than the scale as a measurement of progress. We all know that sometimes we lose inches even if the scale doesn't reflect it. So take measurements and/or photos so you have other ways to measure your progress!

Have an awesome day all! :)

I went to aqua fit last night and it was a real work out. My abbs and back are sore and I will be doing it again tomorrow. Today I am going to do a light hand weight work out. Every bit of exercise helps. I am eating better and drinking more water. When I eat well I want to exercise too. They just go together. My calories were just over 1000 yesterday but I don't know how many calories I burned. All is well and on track so far.

I want to echo this. I've taken a million pics during my journey. It helped keep me on track. I was going to take new pics but I look like my beginning weight from years past.

To be honest, it was the hardest thing to do, but once the weight started falling off, I was glad I did because I really could see my progress.
