Today is the big day. I am still getting the house ready and soon I will be preparing food for my family to enjoy for supper tonight. I haven't been tempted with junk food yet. Last night we went to my Mother in laws and she didn't have any diet soda so I drank water. I stuck to eating from the vegetable tray and left the fattening stuff alone. I hope you all have a good weigh in.

Well, I'm up from 2 Fridays ago (didn't weigh in last week), but I'm down from Monday's challenge weigh in. I'm satisfied with what I've been able to do this week. And I just counted all the weeks I have here, I've lost 10 lbs in the past 13 weeks. That's respectable, yes?
