Monthly Weigh in with daily motivation
I have tried the weekly weigh in and the daily (hourly :rolleyes: ) weigh in but I think that when I have reached a temporary stall, it zaps my whole motivation. SO... I am weighing in once a month ONLY. I am certain I will have lost SOMETHING and am shooting for 5 lbs a month. (not unreasonable.) However, I would like to join with anyone here that wants to post with me daily for motivation.
Today's goal(s): Limit calories to 1200 and read Crossfit guidelines.
