Looking to tone/flatten abs, build muscle in thighs/glutes and to shed a few pounds so that I can enjoy the occasional Christmas Cookie .
Ive got an amazing recipe for healthy , low glycemic, gluten free roll/cut out sugar cookies if anyone is interested. I have a facebook page where I post healthy eating tips and my recipes... Im definitely a foodie. BUT I have celiac and im a type 1 diabetic, so always watching the sugar and gluten.
