(I was in the 280's in August and made some bad decisions)

My goodness salt plays havoc with me. When I got up Tuesday morning, after Thanksgiving dinner, I couldn't make a fist, my hands were so swollen, and I take a daily diuretic.

I think the easy salt retention,is pretty much over, now the work begins

I'm about a pound and a half behind my goals at this point, but I'm not going to change them. This weekend is going to be very challenging for me but I am going to do my best to stay the course!!!
