Well I kind of saw that coming. Too much wine this week! Like Libby, I'll be offline for the long weekend and back on line Tuesday (from my desk at work! bleh!) Have a great weekend ladies!

I did okay yesterday (relatively, anyway), but between sodium and having a drink or two, I'm up a pound. I am not freaking out about it. If I have a good weekend, I should still hit my goal if I can flush out the sodium and booze. Gonna try to have a good day today!

Moving in the right direction, but didn't hit my goal this week. It was thunderstorming all day yesterday, so I did not get to the gym. Looks like more rain threatening today. I am letting my body wake up, will eat a light breakfast and then go over there before the heavens open.
Not adjusting my goal for next week. I'm expecting that I'm still holding some water and am in actuality closer to 180 than what the scale says. But hey, even according to the scale, I've lost just about 4 lbs. this month. That still puts me on track for my "20 lbs by Christmas" goal.

Terri - Maintaining over the weekend is awesome!! Wish I could say the same 
Well here are the numbers. Since I did eat in restaurants and indulged in wine for nearly 3 days, I guess I should be happy the scale only went up 1 lb. I sincerely did not try to stay on plan and over indulged. Well, we're back home and getting things ready for back to school/work tomorrow which means my life will once again be on a schedule. I would say I hope that helps me get back on track, but there's no hoping. I'm feeling desperate to be back on track and comfortable in my skin and my clothes again. So there is not try, there is only do.
