Annette: I'm 55 and still have to deal with hormone flunctuations. Mother Nature still visits sporadically. When she visits, she usually stays for awhile whether I like it or not!
This weekend I was able to wear a shirt I haven't worn in at least a year, maybe more --size 26-28 from the local Wal-mart. I've been wearing clothes for years from only Lane Bryant or Roaman's. Their sizes generally run larger than clothes from say, Wal-mart. So to be able to wear clothes from an average source feels so good! Vicki |

Between eating festival/fair type food and eating out at dinner, plus it was so cold I didn't drink my water like I should have, I gained quite a bit. I'm already heading back down the scale though which is a good thing. Hoping to be back to 330 (or less) by the end of the month (sooner would be nice too). |
