I'm back! Okay. I will be starting daily weigh-ins with you guys again :D
Lowest number for September - 176.6 Goal for the end of October - 172 lbs. (or more!) 172.0 would put me on track for my bigger goal, which is 165 lbs. by Christmas. We'll see how I do! I'm hopeful that my current weight will go down quickly once A.F. is over. 175.0 is a hefty goal for me next week, but we'll see how the cookie crumbles and go from there. I will take it as it comes. I'm glad that I seem to be "well" into the 170s now, meaning a bounce-up probably won't have me seeing 180 again, because even after a bad week, I gave myself a few days and it's down below 179.0.
