Hope, I take that back. I cut my neighbors grass the other day. I was cutting mine, he wasn't home yet so I cut his too. Does that count as a RAK?

Bea, did you enjoy the movie? I want to see it this week end as my treat for losing weight this week. I will eat supper before I go and no snacking at the theater. I promise.

Water was a simple goal. I've been drinking probably five or six 16.9 oz bottles. No RAKs yet, I need to get busy on that. Food has been decent although I had some crawfish yesterday. I'm sure my sodium intake was through the roof!

You had crawfish without me? That's OK the Hubster took me to Chinatown: soup dumplings, shrimp in black bean sauce. Went for a loooong walk and danced and still gained weight. Can we say sodium?

RAK = random act of kindness
BIDIA = but I did it anyway ( ie I didn't want to exercise but I did it anyway) We used to give BIDIA "awards"
TOTM = err time of the month I would say sorry, Mike, but he's tough enough to take it!!!
