Default Starting over for me...

Today I start again - I started out in 2008 at 379# and have been slowly working toward what I thought was better health, I have done nothing but fool myself. My weight today is 341 and I am starting over for me. I have a goal to be down below 300# before Christmas this year and further below that by next April which will be my 50th Birthday.

I was up over 400# in 2000 and like I said have slowly lost and kept the weight off, but need to get the rest of it off.

Sure would appreciate any support I can get and tips on how to get more active while at the same time working long hours, being diabetic on insulin, which makes it difficult to lose weight and being so tired after working 12 hour days 4 days a week .

You'll make that goal! You've been doing great - keep it up!

Is your job sedentary? There's a good series of walking regimen DVDs with Leslie Sansone that you can do at home right in your living room. Very low impact. Very low stress.
