Accomplishments Journal
I received a tip today from a different website about starting an accomplishments journal. It sounded like a good idea for a thread. Please feel free to post your daily accomplishments here. No negatives. What matters most is what you are doing. I'll start.

Today so far I have filled in my food journal, did my morning yoga and sauna and eaten to plan. Mary

I've not had a single drop of sugared soda all day for the first time in quite a while. I feel really good about that.

In retrospect - Yesterday

I got to a walk in clinic and got antibiotics! I can drink coffee today! Yesterday I had one cup and was in tears the first sip. And let it sit to lukewarm <blech>

Abscess will soon be gone! It is not fun in a top front tooth, EVERYTHING touches it

I passed the 20 pounds lost mark today. Whoo, Whoo! Funny thing is the only person who has noticed is my brother. I'll see if my kids do at Easter.
