Accomplishments Journal
I received a tip today from a different website about starting an accomplishments journal. It sounded like a good idea for a thread. Please feel free to post your daily accomplishments here. No negatives. What matters most is what you are doing. I'll start.
Today so far I have filled in my food journal, did my morning yoga and sauna and eaten to plan. Mary |

I've not had a single drop of sugared soda all day for the first time in quite a while. I feel really good about that.

In retrospect - Yesterday
I got to a walk in clinic and got antibiotics! I can drink coffee today! Yesterday I had one cup and was in tears the first sip. And let it sit to lukewarm <blech> Abscess will soon be gone! It is not fun in a top front tooth, EVERYTHING touches it |
I passed the 20 pounds lost mark today. Whoo, Whoo! Funny thing is the only person who has noticed is my brother. I'll see if my kids do at Easter.

It's tax time at our house. Time to 'eat my feelings.' So far, controlling that... barely.

Just as Facebook has a "Like" button, I wish FitDay had a "Yea!" button to put on posts. There are some fabulous achievements here!

Can now remove my wedding rings when it was impossible a month ago. That makes me happy.
