I was not feeling well this week and went off my diet and did not exercise.
I was sleeping a lot because when I got up I was dizzy. Today I am feeling a bit better. My weight is up and I can feel it in the way my clothes fit.
Not a good week.

A good week - some of the weight lost last week showed up (or down) once I got rid of the salt. looking forward to breaking the 190 barrier by next Friday. Mary

I've had a very bad week and didn't get on the scale at all. I seriously considered not getting on the scale today, but weighing daily really keeps me focused. Back to daily weighing for me...no sense burying my head in the sand!

It's been a rough week all around I see. I'm sorry to hear a couple of you have also been going through some tough times. I suppose it's the winter bug for the most part. I got my period this week and that is always really painful and crampy for me the first couple of days. I couldn't excercise on Wednesday or Thursday, so I was not looking forward to weighing myself this a.m. Surprisingly, after all the water weight gain and other yuck going on-- I actually still lost a pound. Wonders never cease, eh? There were a couple of seconds when the scale hovered over 199.9, but it finally rested on 200.0. I hope to break the 200 mark by next week.
Next week will be better for us all- I am sure of it!!!

I did much better this week, and lucky for me, the scale shows it. Hope everyone else has a good weigh in too!

I have been feeling sick ever since I got the flu shot. I just want comfort food and don't have the energy to exercise. My weight is up to 173.5

Libby- we all go through some setbacks, but you'll get there.

I am very excited to announce that I have gotten below my 200lb mark. I had been hoping to do it a couple weeks sooner, but I will take what I can get! Woot!!!!!

Libby - Sorry to hear you've had such a tough week. Here's to a new week!

Aimee - Congrats on getting under the 200 lb. mark!!! You should be very proud of yourself! The only reason I lost 5 is because I shed the water weight I was carrying from last week...I'm usually doing well to lose 1/2 to 1 lbs. per week

Can't wait to hear how everyone else faired out this week!

I'm refusing to weight in today. I will do it tomorrow morning. My fluid gain from earlier in the week is starting to go so I hope to be even by tomorrow.
