Motivational Thread Starting 11/18/13--loving ourselves
Good morning everyone. I have been AWOL for a while. Had cold that I couldn't seem to get rid of.
GOALS
1. Drink 6 glasses of water
2. Eat within carb limit
3. more fruits and veggies
4. Exercise 4X
Personal goals
write
clean kitchen
figure out a way to make Christmas easier to handle
I put the theme of loving ourselves because I find I eat poorly or mindlessly eat when I'm upset. I need to love myself enough to do this for myself. I also feel like I'm always giving and there is nothing left so I have to work on that too.

Hi Jenn and thanks for starting us off this week. My weight is 172 this morning down from 176 last week. Thanks giving and Halloween knocked me off my diet but now I am back to eating healthy. My next step is to get back to exercising regularly. Today I will get back on the dreadmill again as the weather is not so good.

A day late this time. Miss this thread last week. I t was a bad week. I crunched my car and had a few days of depression. I have been so tired that when I get home I don't want to post. But this week will be better. I miss seeing how every one is doing. I find it is the one thing in the evening that just makes my day.
Because I did not come here and post my food and leave a post here I have gained back 3 pounds. It will be back off before my birthday.
It is strange how even though we now this program works we will sabatoge ourselfs. And then get upset becauswe we gain. A positive attiude is what we all need.
Jenn I agree we need to love ourselfs more. Need to take care of our selfs.
Libby I understand about the weather. They are talking more snow coming soon congrats on the loss.
Ian welcome back. THe rest of the week will be better.

2 keep calories below 1700.t-n
3 drink 2 liters of water a dayt-n
4 exercise on days off.t-n

M-Walked 10 miles
T-Cycled 20 miles, walked 1 mile
Calorie deficit everyday
M-N(+596), T-Y(-545)
Well that's more like it, just need to keep that up for the rest of the week, and thanks for the welcome backs
