    Need for adequate sleep. We work and remain active throughout the day which causes wear and tear of our body. We think and use our brain a lot too which causes fatigue and lack of energy. In order to recover from these losses of mind and body, one has to sleep like a log. Lack of sleep can also be a cause of anxiety, depression, and obesity. Be sure to clean your mattress to get rid of those bed bugs on the mattress for a comfortable night of sleep.
