    Make healthy choices daily knowing there is no finish line in this lifestyle-Edwina
    Follow a whole food, plant based diet. Veggies, fruit, legumes, and grains.
    Dr. Barnard, PCRM, The Esselstyne's, FOK, Happy Herbivore.
    Workout 450 minutes a week. 90 minutes on treadclimber Monday thru Friday. I also like to hike on the weekends, when weather allows it.
