Good multivitamin?
Simple really, looking for a good multivitamin supplement, can anyone point me in the direction of something beneficial?

The "Swiss One 80" is a good multivitamin pill. What you want to find is a multivitamin that's rich in minerals and lipotropic factors - lots of B vitamin complex.

That's a really good question because there are so many on the market. The best place to start would be asking your doctor or someone in his practice (nurse practitioner, etc.) If you do end up taking a supplement regularly, you want to 'first, do no harm'!
