Shiritaki noodles - 0 cal 0 carb
I've been eating these as part of my diet since March 2012. As of today I've lost 113 lbs. These noodles really help with that. They are pure fiber, nothing else. Everything that goes in comes out, and sine they're pure fiber, so does a lot of other things 
They have no taste, but are really filling! Used in soup, or with sauces, they will just carry the flavor of what they are added to. They are really miraculous.
