spaghetti replacement
I have been eating a bit of noodle called Cellophane Noodles ( saifun Bean Threads), I boil them and it takes only a few min. add meat , veggies or seafood and a sauce you like

I've never heard of these. How do they taste?

I have to admit, I'm kind of confused as to why you use them to replace spaghetti. I just looked at a box of whole wheat spaghetti in my pantry and a serving has the same amount of calories, fewer carbs (41), plus 7 g protein and 6 g fiber :confused:

Spaghetti Squash
I like using Spaghetti Squash for my noodles. I add homeade sauce and veggies, very good and filling ;)

to me it has a lighter taste, and looks different when cook the noodles are clear ! I season them with a salt free herb and garlic seasoning!,, I just thought I would make a contribution as this site has helped me so much! I just checked the food library here and they show it as 491 cal per searving however mine states much less !

I can't wait to try spaghetti squash. I have some growing in the garden right now! Lots of buds on the plant.

Zucchini instead of pasta
I like using Zucchini instead of pasta for any dish that calls for Pasta I use steamed Zucchini in place of.
