quick smoothie snack!!
if you are out to the pool or outside or even playing with friends this snack is perfect for those summer days to remember
*make sure you have a blender :p *you will need: strawberries, bananas, ice cubes, lowfat yogurt. 1. put 5 ice cubes in a blender (depends on size of blender ) 2. put in 4 spoonfuls of yogurt 3. slice up bananas ( 2 ) 4. put in the bananas and strawberries 5. blend for 2 to 5 minutes (depends on how powerful the blender ) 1 serving size is 1 cup and serves about 3 to 5 people ENJOY !!! |
