Water tracking

Is there a way to track the amount of what consumption on this site? I think that is just as important as the food consumption.

Your body has a built-in tracker. If you pee two or three times a day and it's clear/pale yellow, you're good.

There are so many variables that control or affect hydration, there's no point in consuming a target amount.

Edited to add: Don't forget that water content of foods and drinks count.

You can track it as a "Custom Nutrition Goal".

You should familiarize yourself with the site here:

Yeah, yeah yeah. You had a head start. I had to do a screen shot, open photoshop, paste in PS, crop, save, open photobucket, upload, get the link and post it. If it weren't for that you were going down.

Absolutely correct..But it doesn't mean that if there is lack of water in your body then you can not function well. Human being can live 2 to 3 days without a water because when there is no water in a body then the body glucose will automatically converted into a water. And hence man can live for 2 to 3 days without water. I may be wrong somewhere.
