Fried chicken skin ??
 
Hi,
Does anyone know what the count is for this ?
I've already fried it and I don't know what it weighed as raw. So any help would be appreciated.

When I fry chicken skins, I cut them up in small squares, boil them in water and then, when the water has completely evaporated in the pan, let the skins fry in their own fat. Salt them and eat them...
