Exclamation Peanut Butter

Peanutbutter -there is no peanutbutter on the list of foods! PB is a staple is it not? just like Humus and this I cannot find either....anyone knows?

What is not there is natural peanut butter, which is what I eat.

You can add anything to the food database, which is great! Just make sure you have the Nutrition Facts from the label.

Peanut butter is definately a staple at my house. But there are lots of different kinds. i try to stick with the lo-carb ones... or all natural. Have you tried Almond Butter...it's to die for!!!!!! Actually, it's very hard for me to stop at one spoonful so I need to stay away from peanut butter.
