Pasta! No Cal or Low Cal sauce
Low Cal or No Cal toppings:
Low Cal; dice fresh tomato, basil, cilantro and lemon juice, salt and pepper, serve on top of pasta. No Cal; salt and no cal hot sauce, mix with small amount of water (to keep it from clumping and for distribution of salt and hot sauce) I like it so much I'm eating pasta almost every day now. |
Now if you switch cabbage or spagetti squash for the pasta you will have a really low cal meal! Thanks for the tip. Mary
