Default First Post to Forums....

I find it darkly humorous that I comment to a post about what I am eating....which is both my problem and why I am here.

Regardless, 1 cup skim milk, 1/2 cup cheerios and 1/2 cup fiber one, coffee and a multivitamin(men's one a day)

I tried the new Carls Jr. turkey burger - 390ish calories, pretty tasty. Not as good as homemade, but not bad for fast food!

Not usually a fast foodie, but it's been a tough week and I hadn't had much to eat since lunch yesterday, and no creativity if figuring out what to eat, so as we all do from time to time, I reverted to the fastest and easiest. I was very pleased to see that there was a relatively "healthy" alternative.

We went to a Thai restaurant tonight. I have no idea how to log what I had, just made my best guess. I ate spicy basil scallops, cooked in a very spicy sauce with onions, peppers, and carrots. It was amazing!

It was so spicy we were tempted to stop for fro yo on the way home, but we resisted .

I just finished a big fat (319 grams!) tomato (on sale this week for $0.88/lb) and a big bowl of homemade chicken vegetable soup. Now I'm contemplating a couple of deviled eggs.

breafast:
32oz of water
1/2 cup of fiber one cereal
1/2 cup of strawberry special k cereal
1/2 cup of milk

It curbs the hunger for awhile and plus gets in over half of the fiber needed for the day! Plus..i love the taste

Snack: Orange

Lunch: undecided at this time.. I do know I am going to the mall and getting Yogun fruz though! I love that stuff- 200 calories for a medium plus fruit It tastes like icecream but isnt!
