It's Friday, so that means peanut butter sandwiches for lunch. I only have PB once a week--just love the Smuckers Natural (chunky, this time). I looked at other brands but they all seem to have added sugar. I have 2 tbsp between slices of low cal whole wheat bread--yum!

Regards,
Michael

I'm going to go and make myself an omelet, 2 whole eggs, a can of mushrooms and 2 slices of Kraft ff cheese. I might throw in some broccoli if I can find a baggy of it in the freezer.

ummmm, peanut butter I think that there was quite a thread regarding PB a couple of months ago. I will still dip a smallish spoonfull as a snack treat from time to time. Unlike a few others here, I know when to say when .

Just finished dinner, we had pasta. Well the fam had pasta, I had marinara with meat sauce over spaghetti squash. Yum, I don't even miss the noodles, I'm stuffed and now sipping a red beer. What? It's Friday and I'm not over my calorie budget so a brewski is okayski.

Saturday nights I go off my daily routine, just a bit.

I just had Strawberries and chocolate. Soooo good!!

But now I'm feeling kinda sick to my stomach. That's good though, makes me stay on track all week!

I had a ton of cooked cabbage, peas, and yam for dinner, then fresh raw cantaloupe for dessert!

Sorry Nik, I'm that's as healthy as healthy can be.... but cooked cabbage mixed with yams just doesn't sound all that appealing
