Walking/Rucking
Walking or rucking with a back pack every other day for 30+ minutes, easy on joints great for mental health and very little kit needed except clothes and decent walking trainers/shoes

First of all, lose all fat so it will be gone, especially in the belly. Keep your back straight. Perform belly massage; maybe it is not fat but accumulated gas.

I highly recommend focusing on: 1. Calorie deficit 2. Protein 1G per pound of goal body weight 3. 100 OZ water per day 4. 45min movement daily. Have additional questions let me know.
