1/2 can coconut milk
1 banana
ice or frozen berries.

You can also add unsweetened 100% cocoa powder for a treat :)

Those are also great ideas. Thank you! Also- I've tried unsweetened cocoa powder, and I really liked it!

1 banana, 3-4 frozen strawberries and 2 whole almonds makes a 'yogurt' consitancy type snack

a cup of soy milk
scoop of protein powder
coffee "extract" or flavoring
vanilla extract
sweetener (I use 1 package of stevia but you can use sugar or sugar substitute)
3-4 ice cubes
or same recipe, get rid of coffee extract and use fresh fruit: strawberries, blueberries, etc.

My favorite smoothie is chocolate protein powder, 1 cup of milk, and 1/2 cup cottage cheese, all worked up with an immersion blender. Very good flavor, lotsa protein.

I recently tried almond milk, and it makes a wonderful smoothie.
