The best food that I find which is healthy and nutritious is grilled chicken with a side of boiled vegetables and some sour cream if you want a little fat with flavor. Other than that on my cheat day I would love a classic burger.

My comfort food is grilled chicken with some sour cream and mashed potatoes. If I feel like it then Ill make a sandwich but have the mashed potatoes separately.

Anything Indian. I go to this place called The Grand Pavilion and it is one of the best Indian Restaurant in Sydney. They serve a huge variety of south Indian foods made with healthy spices and fresh vegetables. My father and I love this place. they have the best customer service and a very clean place to sit and relax. I think you should check them out.
