Flax Seed
The nutrition section talks to the value of Omega 3 Fatty Acids, but makes a flat-out incorrect statement: “Flax seeds are also encouraged, and these are also excellent sources of omega-3 fats.”
Flax seeds are not “excellent sources of omega-3 fats.” They are excellent sources, COMPARED TO OTHER NON-FISH SOURCES, but compared to fish sources, flax seeds contain minimal omega-3s.
Also, if you buy them ground, they will already be losing whatever good they contain. If you buy them whole but do not grind them, you will not reap the benefits.

Since I've started eating flax seeds every morning (5g) my digestion's got really better. I definitely recommend it. But everything's individual so be careful with your physical response on such supplements and don't eat anything if your bode doesn't respond to it the same way other people's body does.
