Hello! The best way is to watch your health. In order to lose weight, you need to count your calorie deficit, exercise regularly, and stay active. Kepp track what of how much protein, carbs and fats you eat, it's important for your health.

When I was 270 kilos I would usually eat a lot of junk food like fast food, steaks and etc. I would not control my food intake. Later I vowed to reduce my weight by going on a crush diet and started doing some exercises for my weight. I would go for a jog as well. After working out for just 2 months I was able to loose 100 pounds. Main thing is to maintain your diet since that helps a lot.

Oh, I often eat sweets and unhealthy snacks. I know it's bad and I try to switch it out with fruit and nuts, but I eat a lot of it. I don't know the best way to lose weight, but I know exactly how to get fat.
