fresh juice
I do love fresh vegetables and fruits and it helps me to keep my body in a good fit. I drink a lot of fresh juices, probably tomato one is my favorite. It's so easy to make with mandoline slicer that I dont even use my juicer. I also like soar mixture juices.
What would you say? Do you like juice? What's your favorite?

Fresh Fruit juice comes from the fruit's flesh or the whole fruit itself. There are a variety of different fruit juices that a person can drink. These include guava juice, orange juice, cranberry juice, apple juice, mango juice and others. Fresh fruit juices have so many health benefits, but consuming too much fruit juice can cause health complications for people, such as weight gain or changes in blood sugar levels.
