For people who are losing weight, it is painful to refuse to drink drinks and have junk food. To make the effect for weight loss not due to what you eat, you must choose a healthy low calories stuff. What beverage I want to introduce is tea, whether it is black tea, green tea or oolong tea, teas are beneficial to all aspects of the body, especially for the period of weight loss, sometimes you want to drink then you can choose a cup of tea, not only to enhance the spirit, but not affect weight loss. I love cinnamon tea. It is slightly sweet without having any sugar or sweeteners in it. I find that it really helps with cravings. Chai green tea blends are also my favourite :)

i like tea in the evening, but i feel sick if i drink it first thing in the morning instead of my coffee

I love chamomile and jasmine green teas. BTW I've read an article connecting to this topic and it's already proved that tea is a good thing to consume. Its positive influence is invisible, though you can feel it
