I was wondering where you guys go to buy organ meats if you eat them. I asked about it at Sprouts and they don't sell anything but frozen liver. I'd like to branch out and try other types of meats. I've lost about 32 lbs on a carnivore diet thus far and I feel good on it but I'd like to try kidney, tongue, hearts, and sweetbreads. I am a little frustrated by the fact that most grocery store around here don't seem to carry these meats.

Quick update. I ate kidney and it was actually pretty good. I didn't like it as much as liver because it didn't have as much flavor but it was good with some sharp cheese. I may have it with some sour cream next time. Seems like it would be great in a quesadilla. Next big goal is to eat some tongue/lengua.
