I now eat more protein foods, a minimum of fast carbs, fruits with high sugar content I have limited.

Hello friends as per my opinion I think much amount sugar intake and not doing any activities can lead to increase fat. To maintain proper health and fitness you have to walk as per the required standards.

In order to lose weight and keep it off, focus on eating lean protein sources like eggs, lean beef, chicken, and turkey. Cut the crabs, sugar, and junkfood totally! Eat veggies, fruits, do exercising (simple one in initially) start walking for getting moved.

For me, it's the opposite. I am trying to gain weight and having to eat a lot more protein. Difficult when my i get full easily and have to force myself to eat more

I heard a lot of good things about the keto diet diet and also read articles such as https://betterme.world/articles/keto-diet-basics/ . I think I will try it and I hope that it will suit me perfectly. After the first few days, I will share more about this recipe
