Cut the crabs, sugar, and junkfood totally! Eat veggies, fruits, do exercising (simple one in initially) start walking for getting moved.

For me, it's the opposite. I am trying to gain weight and having to eat a lot more protein. Difficult when my i get full easily and have to force myself to eat more
