Happy Labor Day! Tonight's dinner was 1 three ounce piece of bbq chicken thigh with skin off made in slow cooker. was good!! With that I had 1 piece of corn from farmer friend with 1/2 tsbp of promise margarine in tub. A awesome salad, lettuce, tomato and green onion from my garden, black olive, 2 thin slices of pepperoni, 2 mushrooms, hot pepper slices from my garden, and 1.5 tbsp buttermilk ranch. Dessert as its a holiday I had some sliced strawberries from my strawberry patch I froze back in June when they were ripe along with a wedge of angel food cake and 4 tbsp cool whip lite. YUMMY and healthy and soooo good!!
