Interesting link removed havent had mutton yet. . . .like lamb occasionally but can only have a little as its very rich. This week, got some cocktail tomatoes at the market. they are good on their own or with a tiny bit of cheese. Completely different experience from normal tomatoes.

Just finished a 4 oz lean piece of pork tenderloin and 1/4 small head of iceberg lettuce with 1 T Light Ranch Dressing. The lettuce was cool and crisp--wonderful in the heat of the South!

Just ate some rice and a 1/4 grilled chicken. Will eat some tuna after a while.

a couple lunches that worked well
rice cakes with tuna, 1 t of ranch dressing, and red pepper, a couple others with enought pb n honey to flavor them (about 1 t each)
romaine, blueberries, tiny bit of feta, with avocado and pear slices
pepper with cream cheese + iceberg cucumber tiny bit of red onion tomato.
anyone want to share some quick filling yummy lunch ideas?
