Just finished my morning breakfast with bread and fried eggs. Actually I love to take my breakfast at home in every morning. And after that I take a cup of coffee which refresh myself all the time and helps to remove headache. I really appreciate this Link removed

Plenty of tea and water, porridge for breakfast. Jamie Oliver has some awesome, although I try to skip the honey and syrup. For lunch I like to eat lean meats and veggies with some rice maybe. Dinner is usually light, just veggies, olives or something similar with a bit of meat, like tapas-style a little bit.
It has helped me to keep full and I have not been craving sugar at all!

Current Beet are my favoured since I have read some great benefit about it online. I include this in my morning diet and it is working really great for me. It giving me nutrients and helping in making more RBC counts in my blood.

I just had my end of day/take my pills snacks 4 oz of fresh strawberries sprinkled with splenda 25 calories .. It was like heaven lol..Strawberries with splend is the best snack in the world!!!!!
