When you want, you can in small quantities, but not often. You also need to pamper yourself sometimes.

I eat a lot of chicken breast, whole wheat bread, cereals, cottage cheese or oatmeal in the morning. These foods are much tastier than the rest.

L:Ramen Noodles, Two pieces of homemade Jerky Milk and water

D:Salad with chicken and pasta with butter Milk and Lemonade

Tuesday

B:N/A

L:Hamburger, Fries, and one piece of pizza milk and water

D:Meatloaf, salad, icecream, Gatorade

Wednesday

B:N/A

L:A grilled cheese sandwich with hummus on the side GATORADE AND water

D:3 Pizza Slices and a small salad with a glass of Mtn Dew.

Thursday

B:Scrambled Eggs and Potatoes

L:Two Pieces of pizza, and Gatordade and milk

D:Potatoes and chicken Teriyaki with green beans with two glasses of milk

Friday

B:Waffle and Scrambled Eggs

L:Buffalo Chicken Sandwich, three pieces of pepperoni pizza, and Mozzarella sticks

D:BLT, Corn pudding and a small salad with a glass of ICE water
