Protein Shakes/Smoothies Recipes

I can never do just a vegetable smoothie so I mix my veggies and fruits, sometimes I add Stevia if I need the sweetness for a craving.
1 Banana (ripe is best - frozen is best as it adds thickness)
1 cup Apple Juice (or apple slices and water)
1-2 cups Baby Carrots (or chopped carrots)
1 cup Plain Non-Fat Yogurt (or any yogurt you like)

I just made the best smoothie this morning. 1/4 c. coconut milk (the thick stuff in the can) frozen berries, a whole semi-frozen banana. The juice of 3 clementines and 1/2 scoop of protein powder. It was fabulous. I was scared of the coconut milk because it was so thick and has so MUCH fat.
For veggies, I make a green monster. Mine includes: Vanilla yogurt, Frozen banana, 1 TB peanut butter, ice and fill the blender up with spinach. I don't eat this much. I have crohn's disease, and even liquified, the spinach is hard to digest..

Ooooooo!!! Some of these give me some good ideas!!!
I have experimented with kale, carrots, broccoli slaw. I must say, not too bad. I will admit that I am a massive chicken about the taste of a pure veggie smoothie so I did add some frozen fruits to each of them.
The monster sounds like one that I may try. I tend to wing it when making them - makes me feel like a professional chef. The same feeling happens when I don't burn chicken when using the George Foreman Grill.

Now I just add the egg whites to the smoothie and that is as far as it has gotten. lol. This week I plan to make myself some chicken nuggets with the egg whites:
Cut a chicken breast into small pieces
Cover them with egg whites
Put them in a bag with almond flower
cook in coconut oil until crisp.
=) I am sure that is the recipe.
