New to forum, looking for coconut flour
 

Hi All, Please excuse if I make any mistakes. I am looking for coconut flour in the database of foods, and it does not seem to be there? I thought surely not, in this day of gluten free everything, FitDay would surely have coconut flour? But I can't find it. Of course, I could make a custom food, but I can hardly imagine that coconut flour is not already there. So I decided to use this issue to try out the forums. Anyone have any idea? BTW, I searched the Food talk forum and found only one post mentioning coconut flour, but it did not have anything to do with nutrition counts.

I see what you mean. It isn't there.

I cook with some unusual flours (from the health food aisle of the supermarket, usually) and so I end up adding the information from the package, even if the entry does appear in fitday already for the generic. Just for accuracy.

We make along with several strange flours (from medical meals church aisle from the food store, usually) i really find yourself adding the data on the deal, even though this gain access to can can be found in fitday already to the general. Just by exactness.
