Aimee, I love making the flatout crackers, too. That's my favorite way to eat them. But I never thought about making them a "chip" for salsa. oooooh...guacamole!!! I like them crispy with Laughing Cow light cheeses with sliced tomato on top too.

Now i'm so thankful you might be taking pleasure in the actual flatbreads. This particular formula appears great! We didn't perhaps want to utilize it intended for french make. I will try out that likely with a saturday and sunday early morning. Many thanks for that thought!
