Question ? Calories in - Calories out?

OK, I know this may sound slightly gross.

Is there any way to decrease intake or add to activities (increase calories out) to account for vomiting in the food log?

Some friends and I were wondering.

See a doctor. Bulemia is extremely dangerous to long-term health.

If you're just vomiting becaues you're sick, I suggest not worrying about accounting for one or two vomit episodes. It won't make a difference in the long-run.

LOL what a unique question! I wouldn't worry about it if it's just the occasional thing. This is not an exact science about tracking calories.

But like the other poster said, if you are suffering from bulemia you really need to seek medical help.
