Fitday premium custom tracking
 

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone is using the custom tracking feature in the Fitday Premium to track custom exercise routines, specifically those such as Crossfit or Simplefit bodyweight exercises and scoring. I currently use the free version of Fitday and am using a spreadsheet to track my simplefit routines but would like to have it all in one place by upgrading to the premium. Could someone who uses custom tracking describe exactly what kind of Custom Tracking is available in the premium subscription? Are there any graph reports available in the custom tracking? Is there an example I could see? Thanks
